    Birthdate: January 17th, 1927

    Where she lived: (born in) North,South Carolina

    3 Major Accomplishments: Won scholarship to Katherine Dunham Dance School, Became Catwomem on the Batman show, and was nominated for a Tony award in her starring role in Broadway show, Timbuktu.

    Another Fun Fact: Eartha Kitt was a late singer and actress. She died on December 25th at 81.

  7. I was born on November 18, 1975 in Santo Domingo. I lived in the Dominican Rebublic. My nickname is " Big Papi." One of my accomplishments is being a 5 time all star. I also hold the Red Sox single season record for home runs with 54 set during my 2006 season on the Red Sox. I won the American League Silver Slugger Award 3 years straight (2004,2005,2006)

  10. We are doing George Washington Carver for our person. Here are the answers to the questions.

    Birthday: January 1864 (Day is unknown)

    Where I lived: Diamond, Missouri

    3 Major Accomplishments: I cam up with about 105 food recepies that included peanuts, about 100 of them where used in farms and houses. The point of that was to find and/or make a hybrid peanut plant. I also invented a safer version of nitroglycerin. Last, I was also an educator, inventor, scientist, and a botanist.

    Another Fun Fact: Was named a "Black Leonardo" because of what he created.

  11. I was born into slavery in 1850.
    I gained freedom and moved to Chicago, Illinios during the Civil War.
    I then opened a furniture store.
    People's complaints about big furniture inspired me to design a hideaway bed.
    I was the 1st African American to recieve a patent from the U.S.patent and trademark office.
    Her first model folded into a cabinet that additionally served as a roll-top desk and stationary shelf.

    My accomplishments are being the first African
    American Woman to travel in space, I went into orbit aboard the Space Shuttle Endeavour, and I got in the International Space Hall of Fame.
    In 1988 I won the Essence Science and Technology Award. In 1989 I won the Gamma Sigma Gamma Women of the Year Award.

    Major Accomplishments: 1st African American to fly into space. I also was an airforce fighter pilot. He flew in 144 combat missions in the Vietnamm War. I lived in Philidelphia, PA.
